pink

The other night I made corn chowder, I added more veggies even some chard and guess what? ...it turned pink!

It was still delicious though...

Ooooh chard. Can't wait to start growing those, especially the type with colored stalks. I can only find the white-stalked ones at the super.

The Missus added some beets to a soup I was recently making....she snucked it in and it turned all red.....I thought she had bled over the soup!
