Last time I was home in August, I planted some papaya seeds...

Well, I'm happy to say that we have some papaya blossoms...hope to see some papaya on there before I leave.

Will these go to fruit during your stay? I certainly hope so!

BTW - you may want to check out Eat the Street tonight (Friday) which runs from 4-9 p.m. at 555 South St. in Kaka’ako. It is a collection of the "food trucks" that have started to spring up around Honolulu. I went when I was in town last month and it was fun!

Hope you have a nice visit home.

Aloha!

Thanks for the heads-up Alan! dunno if I'll be able to get out that way tonight.

Hoping at least one papaya will come to fruit while I'm here.

Take care.

Hopefully you will get some fruit before you leave. How is the weather over there now? Is it the rainy season like Japan?

probably yeah, Nate, I had come during New Years but wasn't here for more than a couple of days.

Hey what happened to the photo? All I'm seeing is an empty box and that the photo is unavailable.

I re-loaded it Rowena, thanks for the heads-up! I think it was because I had edited the photo in Picnik :p

Take care.

So pretty--I don't think I knew what a papaya blossom looked like.
